Design
We sit with you and listen to what you wish to achieve for your home. We take the time to understand everything, from snippets of your design ideas scribbled on a napkin to what you don’t want for your home. Together, we’ll work on an initial design, and from there, we can give you an initial budget estimate.
Plan
After we agree on a design and budget, we move to our planning phase. Here, we complete all plans, including engineers’ drawings, plus all necessary council and city approvals. We also create a tailored renovation schedule based on your lifestyle. We aim to complete the project with as little fuss as possible.
Construct
This is where the fun begins. In this stage, our team of expert builders and tradespeople will begin to bring your dreams to life. To keep you informed, our project manager will provide you with updates until your home is complete. All that’s left for you to do is enjoy your beautiful, freshly renovated home

Do you organise all the tradespeople?
Absolutely. All the tradespeople who will work on your renovation project will be organised by us. In fact, most of them work for us exclusively. This way, only our friendly design consultants and project managers will consult with you throughout the build.

It depends on your needs. If you own an older and perhaps draftier home, for example, energy-efficient windows can lower your utility costs. If you’ve been paying for storage for household items you don’t use, building a garage can help you save money.
Where do I start renovating my home?
If you’re looking for a full home transformation, go ahead with large additions and extensions. Install a deck or a beautiful pergola in the yard, for example.
